How long does delivery take?

Orders will take 4-7 business days to arrive following shipping. Customer will receive email updates with tracking information.

My package still hasn't arrived, how do I locate it?

You can track your parcel here.

In the instance where there has been no movement in your parcel tracking or if the package is showing as delivered but you haven't received it, we advise customers to contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided via email.

I ordered the wrong item by accident, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is not often possible to cancel an order once it has been placed as they are processed very quickly. We ask all customers to double check their orders before confirming. If the product is returned due to an error in the address by customer's mistake, the amount excluding the shipping costs will be refunded.

Can I return the product I ordered?

Once the order has been completed, it is not eligible for a refund. If the product is returned due to an error in the address by customer's mistake, the amount excluding the shipping costs will be refunded.

My item arrived damaged/an item is missing from my order. What can I do?

For missing or damaged items please contact our customer service team at admin@aimisg.com and we will have a replacement shipped as soon as possible. For damaged items please include an image.

Do I need to pay additional postage for PRE-ORDER items?

If your cart contains items with different delivery times such as normal items & pre-order items, we will deliver your order when all items are in-stock in a single delivery.

If you prefer to receive your normal items first, kindly contact us. An additional postage is required for the delivery of your PRE-ORDER items.

I’m worried. Did my order go through?

You may check the status of your order in your account dashboard. If your payment did not go through, your order will be automatically cancelled.

For your convenience, you may click the reorder button to make your order again.

Why can’t I see the courier tracking details?

If you don't see any tracking data, your parcel may be in transit and has not reached your local courier hub.

Tracking details usually require 24 hours to update. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
